摘要
本文通过实验研究了在室温空气条件下利用静电高压杀灭枯草杆菌的问题。实验中用到两种枯草杆菌,一种是接种培养4小时无芽胞菌株,另一种是接种培养62小时含有大量芽胞菌株。分析了不同电极结构和电压波形对灭菌效果的影响。得到了枯草杆菌存活率与电场强度、电晕功率和处理时间的关系。探讨了静电高压杀灭枯草杆菌的灭菌机理。得出了枯草杆菌可被静电高压场杀灭的结论。静电灭菌是一种新技术,特别是在室温空气条件下对非液体物质灭菌至今尚未见报道。它可能会成为一种新的灭菌方法。
A problem of the sterilization og Bacillus subtilis by highelectrostatic voltage of application under room temperature in air has been studied by experiment in this pa- per. Two kinds of Bacillus subtilis are tested in the experiment, one is the younger Bacil- lus subtilis (incubated for 4 hours so no brood is generated), the other is the older ones (incubated for 62 hours and generating a lot of brood). The Influence of the different electrode geometries and waveforms on sterilization effect has been analysed. We ob- tained the relations among survival rate of Bacillus subtilis and electric field strengh, corona power, treatment time. The sterilization mechanism of destroying Bacillus subtilis by high electrostatic voltage has been discussed. The experimental results indicate that Bacillus subtilis can be killed by corona discharge field. Electrostatic sterilization is a novel technique, particularly, no paper describing the sterilization in non-liquid by elec- trostatic method has been reported up to now. lt may be a new kind of sterilization method.
