摘要 羊草Aneurolepidium Chinense(Trin.)Kitag.系抗干旱耐盐碱的旱生植物,生长在吉林省长岭县羊草草甸,我国东北西部和内蒙古东部等地区也有分布。羊草的抗逆特性很强,能在高浓度的盐碱地生长。其主要原因是它的根外皮层栓质化程度较高,能防止碱性土质对根的侵害,根的皮层细胞大多破损成发达的胞间隙,有利于根在碱土地中正常呼吸代谢,茎的维管束无规则的排列2~3轮,髓所占比例较大,髓腔较小。叶上表皮细胞向外突起形成大量的表皮毛,气孔较少,泡状细胞下陷。叶维管束鞘介于C_3和C_4之间。叶表皮没有表皮毛,但角质层发达,气孔较密,气孔的保卫细胞长椭圆形,且气孔常常关闭。上述很多解剖结构特征表明:羊草系C_3和C_4之间的过渡类型。 In this paper, the Anatomy and structure of roots, stems and leaves fron Aneurolepiidium Chinese having been studied using Scanning electron microscopy. The result have showed that this Plant's structure of resistance. Its Cortex disorganized to form extensive inter Cellular, Which function as the aeranchyma. The stem's epidermic cells were arranged in an orderly manner. Vascular bundle at inner layer Were bigger than that of at Outer layer. These vasculars bundle were scattereed within the Parenchy- ma tissues. The mechanical tissues aside leaf's Vasscular bundle sheath of Veins were less developed. Bundle sheath Was Composed of two layers of Cells with similar thick- ness of cell walls. The cells at The outer layer Contained Chloroplasts. Therefor, it seems reasonable to assum That. the Aneurolepidium Chinese (Trin.) Kitag. may Under- go Certain Changes of enviRonments, Then It Changes itself anatomic structure. and forms The resistance.
