摘要
用浓度为0(CK)、50、100、200、400mmol/L的NaCl对黄连木二年生实生苗进行胁迫处理,测定黄连木生物量、光合速率、Na+、K+含量。试验结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,黄连木的生物量、光合速率逐渐下降,根、茎、叶中的Na+含量逐渐增加,但K+含量没有明显变化规律,当NaCl浓度为400mmol/L,黄连木苗成活率为63%,可能主要是离子毒害效应导致苗木死亡。本研究表明,黄连木是一个对盐不敏感树种。
Biomass,photosynthetic rate and Na^+?K^+concentration of perva chinese seedling stressed with 0(CK)?50?100?200?400mmol/L NaCl was measured,results showed that biomass and photosynthetic rate of perva chinese seedlings gradually decreased ,Na^+ concentration increased after NaCl treatments,however there was no obvious change in K^+ concentration with increasing NaCl levels,survival rate of seedlng with 400mmol/L NaCl was 63%, which may resulted from ion harmful effect on the plant.our results confirmed pervera chinese might be insensitive to salt stress.
