种植密度和植物生长调节剂对小麦衰老和产量构成的影响

Effects of Plant Density and Growth Regulator on Senescence and Yield Constitutions of Wheat

采用不同种植密度 ,且叶面喷施GA3、PP333、6-BA ,通过测定叶绿素含量 ,研究不同处理因素在小麦旗叶衰老过程中的作用 ,结果表明 :低密度 (基本苗 1 0 5万 /hm2 )处理有利于植物生长调节剂的发挥 ,其中PP333能显著延缓旗叶叶绿素含量的下降 ,减慢旗叶衰老的进程 ,延长叶片的功能期 ,有利于籽粒灌浆 ,增加粒重 ,优化产量构成要素。

Under condition of different plant density ,Yumai 49 was sprayed with GA 3,PP 333 ,6-BA to study their effects on process of flag leaf senescence and yield constitutions through testing the content of total chlorophyll.Low density treatment 1050000 plants/ha could promote the effects of plant growth regulations. PP 333 could apparently suppress dectease of the chlorophyll conten of flag leaf and delayed the senescence of functional leaves,which could fovor to gtain filling and increase yield.
