摘要
本文认为,用价值链管理是我国国有林业企业改革与发展的方向。林业企业应从战略的高度进行价值链再造,通过优化核心业务、业务流程、组织结构和信息流,创建一个能够最好地赢得顾客持续订单的业务流程和经营活动的商业模式,以提高效率和效益,培育核心竞争力,增强综合竞争优势。
This paper applies the theory of value chain to analyze the management strategy of forestry business and give the value chain a new lease on life from the high plane of strategy.It puts forward to improve the efficiency and economic benefits of forestry business as well as the comprehensive competitive advantage by way of giving priorities to key professional works,professional technological process,and organizational structure and information systems.
