摘要
本文主要运用博弈论方法考察了承诺遵守规则与吸引外国投资之间的经济联系。我们的观点是,遵守承诺和维护信用更有利于东道国。东道国政府减少机会主义行为,有利于增强跨国公司的投资信心,从而能够使东道国得到更多的租金分享、更多的技术和知识资本的转移。
The paper employs the game theory to explore the relationship between the host governments's commitment to rules and attracting investments by multinational companies (MNCs). We hold the view that host government's commitment to rules and good credit are more favorable than otherwise. The elimination of opportunism on the host government capture more rents, and maximize desirable transfer of technology and knowledge capital.
