Ecological Agriculture and Tax-Free Agriculture

农民承包土地经营,本不存在就业问题。提高农民低收入的根本出路,在于实行现代生态农业和无税农业,即发展机械化大农业和发展劳动密集型园艺小农业相结合的中国式现代农业。无税农业就是把土地给农民无税使用,起到国家对农民的社保和对农业的补贴作用。商业性征地必须按市场价格补偿。

As the farmers contract to manage the lands, there exists no problem of unemployment. The fundamental way to raise the farmers' income is to develop ecological agriculture and tax-free agriculture, that is to say, to develop modern agriculture in a broader sense with mechanization and develop labor-intensive gardening. Tax-free agriculture means to give the land to farmers but levy no taxes from them, which will exert a social security effect to the farmers and a subsidy effect to agriculture. The commercial requisition of land should be compensated in marketing price.
