稻谷真菌毒素污染调查与分析 被引量:22

摘要 利用免疫亲和柱检测体系检测了我国 31个储藏稻谷样品的真菌毒素含量。结果显示 :阳性率方面 ,黄曲霉毒素 (90 .32 % )和赭曲霉毒素 (87.1 0 % )远高于T - 2毒素(35 .4 8% )和呕吐毒素 (3.2 2 % )。在稻谷样品真菌毒素安全水平上 ,T - 2毒素的超标较严重 ,达到 2 9.0 3% ,赭曲霉毒素和呕吐毒素次之 ,都是 3.2 2 % ,黄曲霉毒素的超标率 (0 )最低。 The mycotoxin content of 31 stored cereal samples was tested by the immunoaffinity column test system.Results indicate that aflatoxins(90.32%) and ochratoxin(87.10%) have higher positive rate than T-2 toxin(35.48%) and deoxynivalenol(3.22%).As the safety level of cereal,T-2 toxin (29.03%) exceed seriously,ochratoxin(3.22%) were next,and deoxynivalenol(3.22%) and aflatoxins(0) was lowest on rate of exceeding content limit of mycotoxin.The mycoflora and climate are leading affection factor.
