摘要 建立了火焰原子发射光谱法测定枣汁饮料中钾和钠的方法。将样品直接喷入空气 乙炔火焰中测定,测定结果与湿法消化法一致。钾、钠的方法检出限分别为:0.0021μg mL和0.0032μg mL。相对标准偏差(RSD)范围分别为:0 27%~0.98%和0.37%~0.59%。且与火焰原子吸收法进行比较,结果表明,发射法略优于吸收法。而对西红柿叶标准样品(ESP 1)进行对照测定,测定值与标准值基本吻合。 A method was established for determination of potassium and sodium contents in jujube drink by flame atomic emission spectrometry (FAES). The samples were injected into air-acetylene flame to test. The detection limits of K and Na were 0.0021 μg/mL and 0.0032 μg/mL, respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.27%~0.98% and 0.37%~0.59%, respectively. Compared with the flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), the FAES method showed better results. The tomato leaf (ESP-1) standard samples were used to carry out the comparative test. The determined values of the standard samples were in agreement with the certified values.
