Suppression subtractive hybridization is a method that combine suppression PCR with subtractive hybridization technology.It can be used to clone the difference analysis gene of unbeknown list.It possess some traits of quick speed,lower false positive rate,aim gene high enrichment and experiment result uncomplicated.This paper outline its principle,the process of manipulation,advantage,disadvantage and application in gene cloning,and analyses its application in the future.
