二滩水电站水轮机的水力设计

摘要 本文介绍了二滩水电站水轮机水力设计的情况。阐述了比转速n=158和n=181m-k两组转轮几何参数的选择和流道特点,并对提高转轮效率、气蚀性能的设计措施进行了水力分析。探讨了不同水力计算方法,不同座环结构以及不同外形尺寸对蜗壳水力性能的影响。还介绍了适合地下厂房工程技术条件窄高型吸水管的水力设计特点及其水力性能。 In this paper, we introduced the hydrolic design of the francis turbine operating in Ertan Power Station. Meanwhile, we also discussed the ways to select the geometrical parameter and flow passage profile of two turbine runner with different specific speed ns=158, 181m-kW. Furthermore, the hydrolic design technique to improve the turbine's effeciency and cavitation performance was analysed. And the effects of different design ways, staring structure and geometrical demension on the spiral case performance was also studied carefully. Finally, we discussed the hydrolic design technique for the narrow draft tube which could be used in underground power station, and the tube's performance.
