摘要 本文分析了东方汽轮机厂D42机中压联合汽门调节阀开启及关闭中出现的一些问题,详细讨论了阀门的卸载机理。提出设想:阀碟与阀碟在筒间的环形缝隙截面积与预启阀最小通流截面积(卸载面积)之比是决定卸载作用大小的一个特征量,合理选择此特征量是使阀门顺利开启及迅速关闭的关键。提出一种新型的变卸载能力的调节结构,可以克服传统结构卸载阀的一些缺点。 The problemes take placed during open and close in IP combined control valve of DFST-WS' D42 steam turbine unit are analyzed. The unloading mechanism of the valve is discussed in detail. The hypothesis that the ratio of the section area of the annular gap between valve head and head sleeve to minimum throughflow area of pre-open valve (unloading area) is a characteristic value which decide the unloading function is proposed. To choose the characteristic value reasonably is the key that make valve open and close smoothly. A new type control valve structure with variable unloading function is proposed. It may overcome some shorts of traditional unloading valves.
