摘要
灯泡式水轮发电机组广泛用于较低水头的中小电站。其发电机定子的冷却有时受结构的限制,需要采用不同的通风方式。本文介绍了无风道传热冷却、轴向通风冷却和径向通风冷却三种结构的定子温升估算方法,它可用于工程设计时对定子温升进行初步评估。本文还通过一台小型灯泡式水轮发电机定子温升的估算实例对三种通风方式作了比较。
Bube-type turbine generator sets are widely used in small hydro-power plant with lower water head. Because of compact design, this type of generator normally has limited space for ventilation and more concerns of stator cooling.
This paper presented some simple methods of calculating stator temperature rise for different ventilation design, and given a comparison for cooling effects of them.
