广东省姜科观赏植物真菌病害的病原鉴定

Identifcation of the Pathogenic Fungi on Ornamental Plants of Zingiberaceae in Guangdong Province

1998年至 2 0 0 0年在广东省进行姜科 (Zingiberaceae)观赏植物真菌病害系统调查中鉴定到 9种病原真菌 ,其中华山姜球腔菌Mycosphaerellaalpini suishaenscolaL .Zeng ,Z .D .JiangetP .K .Chisp .nov .、姜花假尾孢菌PseudocercosporahedychiaeL .ZengetP .K .Chisp .nov .和红苞小草蔻茎点霉Phomaalpini henriicolaL .ZengetP .K .Chisp .nov .为新种 ,其它真菌分别为 :省藤球座菌Guignardiacalami (H .&P .Sydow)vonArx&E .Muller、姜小球腔菌Leptosphaeriazingiberi (Saw .)V .Dhar,L .S .SrivastavaetH .Sahambi、胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichumgloeosporioides (Penz.)Sacc.、胡枝子拟盘多毛孢PestalotiospislespedezaeSyd .、星形拟盘多毛孢PestalotiopsisstellataBerk .&Curt.、姜拟茎点霉PhomopsisnatalinaeDosSantos。 3个新种的模式标本保存于华南农业大学真菌标本室 (SCHM )。

Nine pathogenic fungi on ornamental plants of Zingiberaceae in Guangdong were identified, of which, Mycosphaerella alpini suishaenscola L. Zeng, Z. D. Jiang et P. K. Chi, Pseudocercospora hedychiae L. Zeng et P.K. Chi, and Phoma alpini henriicola L. Zeng et P.K.Chi were new species,and the rest were followed as: Guignardia calami (H. & P. Sydow) von Arx & E. Muller, Leptosphaeria zingiberi (Saw.) V. Dhar, L. S. Srivastava et H. Sahambi, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Sacc., Pestalotiospis lespedezae Syd., Pestalotiopsis stellata Berk. & Curt., Phomopsis natalinae Dos Santos. Latin diagnoses and figures of three new species were given. The type specimens were deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of South China Agricultural University (SCHM), Guangzhou.
