摘要
林木种苗是营造林的基础,种苗质量好坏直接关系到造林(绿化)的"成活、成林、成材"。通过加强监督抽查、培训质检员和规范"两证一签"制度等方法,从基层把好质量关,提高了林木种苗总体质量水平。
