摘要
本试验系不同剂量和剂量率的γ射线照射不同品种马铃薯的休眠块茎,诱发出突变株系,选育出高产、抗病、优质的辐射高原7号等新品系用于生产,获得了显著的增产效果。本文通过对各辐射株系与原品种主要遗传性状的观察、比较,对马铃薯辐射育种中的几个遗传变异问题进行了初步探讨。
The dormant potato tubers of several cultivars were radiated with (60)~Co γ ray at different doses and different dose rates. The new mutant clones, with high yield, good quality and resistance to diseases, had. been selected. In addition, some problems involved in potato radiation breeding were also discussed based on comparisons of the main traits between the clones derived from the radiated cultivars and the original cultivars.
