多抗转基因水稻植株的获得及其抗性鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 利用转Xa21基因(抗白叶枯病)纯合稳定的圣稻301与转Bt基因(抗螟虫)、转car基因(抗除草剂)的纯合稳定株系GK-1杂交,依据田间抗病虫性表现,利用标记基因选择,分子标记辅助选择,获得了多抗转基因水稻植株,其中某些多抗转基因水稻株系表现出良好的农艺性状和丰产潜力。 A cross between Xa21 homozygous transgenic Shengdao301 and transgenic rice line GK - 1 with Bt gene and bar gene was used . Based marker detection, field resistance performance and marker assisted selection , a great number of multiple resistance transgenic rice plants were obtained . and some plants show desirable agronomy traits and potential of high yield.
