摘要
采用以发酵猪粪为原料生产的商品有机肥作肥源,研究有机肥对浙江省2种主要大棚叶菜小白菜和菠菜品质的影响。结果表明,有机肥在增加大棚蔬菜产量,提高Vc和可溶性糖含量,降低硝酸盐含量方面明显优于化肥,但对粗蛋白的影响差异不大。
Effects of commercial organic fertilizer made from pig manure on the quality of pakchoi and spinach grown in plastic-sheet-covered sheds were studied. The results showed that application of organic manure increased the yield and content of vitamin C,soluble sugar, and reduced nitrate content of the vegetables compared with chemical fertilizer. The difference of crude protein content in the vegetables affected by organic manure and chemical fertilizer was very little.
