摘要
报道了一种以氯霉素为内标物,用高效液相色谱测定水产品中氟甲砜霉素残留的方法。鱼肉样品中的氟甲砜霉素经乙酸乙酯提取、氮气吹干浓缩、液—液分配净化,经反相高效液相色谱测定氟甲砜霉素残留量。结果表明,使用该方法测定水产品中氟甲砜霉素最低检出浓度为0.05mg/kg,方法添加回收率范围在95%～101%,其相对标准偏差<5%(n=5)。
In the paper, analytical method for determining florfenicol in aquatic products by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and using chloramphenicol as internal standards was reported. Florfenicol in fish samples are extracted with ethyl acetate, blowtryed and concentrated by N_2,purified with liquid-liquid separation, and determined by HPLC. The results of analysis indicated that the detection limit for florfenicol residue in aquatic products was 0.05 mg/kg and its recovery rates ranged from 95% to 101%. The relative standard deviation was less than 5% (n=5).
