叙述了在引进技术国产化的基础上,重点对600MW和300MW汽轮机的通流部分进行了优化.其措施为:采用末级叶片高度为900mm或1000mm的新低压缸模块;应用控制涡流型设计高中压通流部分;选用弓形叶片和子午面型线汽道,采用动叶片自带围带成圈联接等.
The paper recounts how, after successful domestic adoption of the 300MW and 600MW turbines' transfered technology, the emphasis has shifted to the optimization of the blading.The measures taken to this end are: adoption of new L.P.cylinder moduls with 900mm or 1000mm last stage blades,I.P. and H. P. bladings designed with controlled vortices, arched blades and steam paths with meridiona-lized profiles, buckets with integral shrouds in uninterrupted peripheral contract.Figs3.
