摘要 本文对现有鼓泡床沸腾燃烧效率的提高问题进行了研究,提出了飞人可燃物与粒径间的数学模型.为解决化学及机械未完全燃烧热损失和改良锅炉结构,节省投资,提高工程质量,提出了新的燃尽方式(工艺)和锅炉结构,并进行了结构优化试验.文中还介绍了运行实绩.实践表明,新工艺具有效率高,运行稳定,工艺简单和技术上易行等优点,是一种有意义的节能新技术.图7表3参5. A mathematic model for the correlation between combustible matter in the fly ash and particle diameter is obtained through research on improvement of bubbling fluidized combustion efficiency. New burn-out technology and boiler structure are proposed for reducing loss of heat, due to chemical and mechamical incomplete combustion, as well as for structural and engineering quality improvement with simultanious saving of investment. The structural optimization test have been conducted. Practical operation shows that this technology has the advantage of high efficiency, stability of operation, simplicity and facility of application which makes it new and attractive energy-saving technology.
