Experimental Research on Steam-water Distribution Characteristics in Horizontal Mixing Headers of Once-Through Boilers with Coiled Tubes

为了得出直流锅炉水平混合集箱对汽水混合流的分配特性,本试验通过调节集箱各引入管的流量和干度(相同与不同),得出该种集箱在各种流量和干度情况下的分配性能,为双相流分配理论研究及超临界锅炉分配集箱的优化设计,提供了有用的数据.

For the Purpose of obtaining the two phase distribution characteristics of once-through boiler's horizontal mixing headers, tests were conducted during which the Flow rates and steam qualities of the different header tubes were adjusted ( to be or not to be the same). Herewith the distribution characteristics of the headers under different steam flow rates and steam qualities conditions were obtained, providing useful data for theoretical two phase flow boiler distribution studies and optimization design of supercritical boiler's distribution headers. 10 figs and 2 ref.
