中草药对欧洲鳗病原菌的抑制作用研究

Study on Chinese Herbal Medicines for Control Pathogens of European Eel (Anguilla anguilla)

本文测试了中草药对五株欧洲鳗致病菌的单独、联合抑菌效果 ,并测试了中草药、化学治疗剂联合抑菌效果。黄连、地锦草、乌梅、黄芩对病原菌抑制效果显著 ,中草药联合无显著提高药效作用 ,其作用效果与抑菌效果最强药物的含量相关 。

The susceptivity of 5 strains pathogens of European eel to Chinese herbal medicines, combined Chinese herbal medicines, combined Chinese herbal medicines with chemicals was studied. Rhizoma coptidis, Herba euphorbiae humifusae, Frutus prunusis, Radix scutellariae were effective for the pathogens. Combined Chinese herbal medicines did not improve the ability to restrain the pathogens. Its effect on the pathogens was relate to the concentration of the most effective composition. Combined Chinese herbal medicines and chemicals had the most strength for pathogens.
