姚孟电厂进口机组汽水系统设计合理、设备性能良好,取得了令人满意的运行效果,深受用户好评.本文在充分肯定姚孟电厂进口机组整体性能的基础上,深入分析了锅炉启动系统热态启动性能不良的原因并提出了改进方案;深入分析了锅炉再热汽温采用喷水减温方式对机组经济性的影响及改用摆动燃烧器调温的可行性和经济性.

The steam-water systems of the two imported units with equipment of good performance in Yaomeng Power Station is of reasonable design and has shown satisfactory operating results,much appreciated by the owner. While affirming the characteristics of the imported units as a whole, the paper analyses the cause of the boiler's poor hot start performance and proposes some remedial measures.The detrimental effect of reheat spray attemperation on the unit's economy is analysed in association with a discussion on the possibility and economy of tilting burners instead.Figs. 2 , table 1 and refs. 4 .
