Since the September 11 events, the international community has made some progress in jointly containing terrorism.However, the United States pursues a tough “unilateralist' policy in the fight against terrorism,thus leading to widespread resentment by the international community and intensifying retaliatory strikes by terrorist groups. A lot of profound lessons deserve to be learned and examined seriously by the international community.
