摘要
用离体培养方法观察了γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)对牦牛黄体细胞凋亡及羟自由基 (OH )生成的影响。结果表明 ,GABA能促进黄体细胞OH的生成并诱导黄体细胞凋亡。
Effect of GABA on apoptosis and production of hydroxyl radical was detected using cell (culture) in vitro. The result showed that GABA can induce the apoptosis and production of hydroxyl (radical) in cultured yak luteal cells.
