摘要
在国内首次用PCR技术检测牛胎儿弯曲杆菌(Campylobacterfetus),试验结果表明,灭菌生理盐水中的胎儿弯曲杆菌胎儿亚种或性病亚种均可检出;而空肠弯曲杆菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌等均为阴性。本法特异性和灵敏度很高,甚至可检出样品中的一个菌体。应用前景良好。
PCR technique was first used in china for the detection of Campylobacter fetus of cattle. Test results showes that revealed specifically the presence of Campylobacter fetus subsp. fetus and C. fetus subsp. Venerialis in ster-ilised saline solution, and failed to react with C. coli,Staphylococcus spp,Streptococcus spp.and E. coli. It was of high specificity and extreme sensitive,detecting even only one organism in a sample,providing a promising future for appli-cation.
