近海鱼类异尖科幼线虫形态分类学研究——Ⅰ.东海、黄海部分 被引量:11

摘要 本文对1986年作者从我国东海、黄海海鱼中检得的异尖科幼线虫,进一步作了形态分类学研究,并与既往的报告进行了比较。结果表明:除了简单异尖线虫幼虫外,尚有针晶蛔线虫属幼虫或针晶蛔样线虫属幼虫,其中4型是初次记录。另外尚检得宫脂线虫属幼虫5型及伪新地蛔线虫属幼虫1型。 Natural infection of Anisakidae larvae was investigated in marine fishes(33 species, 321 specimens) and squids (2 species, 29 specimens) caught in the yellow sea and the East China Sea.The results were as follow:(1)Anisakidae larvae: The number of fishes and squids examined was 350 and the number of those infected with the larvae 210. The infection rate was 60.0%.(2)Genus Anisakis: Type Ⅰ. larvae were detected in 23 out of 33 fish species. The infection rate was 70%. The larvae was found only in abdominal muscles of Pneumatophorus japonicus and Trichiurus haumela.(3)Genus Hysterothylacium: The larvae detected could be classified into 5 types that have been reported by other parasitologists.(4)Genus Raphidascaris or Raphidascaroides: The larvae detected were classified in to 5 types and designated as RC1,RC2 ,RC3,RC5 and RC6. The types RC2. ,RC3 ,RC5 and RC6 larvae may be the first record according to the length of ventricular appendix, the form of tail and the presence of mucron on the tail or not. The main morphological features are summarized as follows:1. RC2: The body length was 8. 67-11. 94mm. The head of the. 3rd stage larva had a boring tooth, a mucron on the tip of the tail. Ventricular appendix length was 1. 0-1. 2mm, This type of larvae had generative anlagen. The vulva was 4.18mm apart from the head end. (Fig.2,C2)2. RC3: The body length was 9. 76mm, It had a boring tooth on the head. The length of ventricular appendix was 0. 92mm. The tail was slightly thick and lacking in mucron, The larva had genital anlagen. (Fig. 2. C3)3. RC5: The body length was 7. 9mm, It had a boring tooth on the head ventricular appendix length was 0. 52mm. The tail was thick and lacked in mucron. It had generative organs. The vulva was 1. 62mm apart from the anterior extremity. (Fig. 2,C5)4. RC6: The body length was 7. 64mm. It had a boring tooth on the head. Ventricular appendix length was 1.17mm. The tail was thick. Possessing of a wartlike projection on the tip of the tail was characteristic. Generative organ was well developed. The vulva was 2. 8mm apart from head extremity. (Fig. 2,C6)5. Genus Pseudoterranova larvae had the body length of 8. 85-10. 78mm. A boring tooth was found on the head. The stomach length was 0. 85-1. 27mm. Intestinal caecum length was 0. 82-1. 04mm. It had neither ventricular appendix nor mucron, It was thought to conform to Cannon Type I on the basis of the abovementioned.
