摘要
作者于1988至1990年,对采自南京的133号日本血吸虫的中间宿主钉螺的神经系统进行了显微解剖研究。其神经系统由神经中枢和外周神经组成。前者由8对和两个不成对的神经节组成,神经节之间存在着3种联合和7种连索;后者主要由47对和18条不对称的神经组成;嗅检器位于鳃的基部。
The present paper presents the results of the microdissection research on the nervous system of On-comelania hupensis hupensis, an intermediate host of schistosome. Specimens were collected at Nanjing , Jiangsu province in 1988. The shell with 7-8 whorls was measured 7. 4-7. 6 mm in height,2. 5-2. 7 mm in diameter. The living snails were killed within 24 hours by asphyxiation in 20 ml. of boiled water in which 2-3 drops of ether had been added in and preserved in 70%alcohol. 15% Hcl was used to disolve the shell of the snail ,and then the acid of the bare snail was removed by fresh water. Boraxcarmine in varying concentrations were applied to stain the snail during the process of the dissection. The 70% alcohol was also used as the dissecting fluid in which a few drops of Janus green were added to differentiate the tissues.The nervous system of O. h. hupensis is composed of nerve center and periphere nerves. The nerve center consists of 8 pairs of ganglia and 2 unpaired ganglia ,and there exist 3 commissures and 9 connetives between them. The cerebral ganglion is composed of 7 nervous lobes on the external feature. There are 47 pairs of the chief nerve trunks and 18 unpaired peripheral nerve trunks, among them, 96 are newly recorded nerves.An osphradium of the Oncomelania snail is discovered locating at the basis of the gill.
