摘要
应用扫描电镜和镜射电镜能谱技术,为猪精子获能前后质膜表面和内部的离子成分进行了研究,结果表明,猪精子获能后质膜表面的Na^+和Al^(3+)升高,而Cl^-和Ca^(2+)降低;精子顶体内Na^+和Cl^-降低,Ca^(2+)、K^+和Fe^(2+)升高;中段线粒体内的Na^+、Ca^(2+)和Fe^(2+)升高,而K^+和Cl^-降低。文章分析了精子获能后顶体内Na^+、Cl^-、K^+、Ca^(2+)和Fe^(2+)变化的浓度比和摩尔比。
The surface ionic elements and inner elements of pre and post-capacitation pig spermatozoa were analysed by means of scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy X-ray energy dispersive techniques. The results showed that the Na+ and A13- ions increased, the Cland Ca2+ ionsdecreased in plasma membrane surface of pig sperm head and in midpiece of post-capacitation; The Na+ and Cl- decreased, while K+ and Fe2+increased in acrosome of pig spermatozoa in post-capacitation ; After capacita-tion, the Na+, Ca2+ and Fe2- decreased , but the K+ and Cl- decreased in mitochondria of midpiece. The consi stency ratios and molar ratios of Na+, Cl- ,K+, Ca2+and Fe2+change in acrosome of post-capacitation pig spermatozoa were analysed Possible capacitation mechanism of pig spermatozoa were discussesd in this paper.
