摘要
鉴于国内外对液气喷射泵的研究工作尚有一定差异,本文从小型实验设备入手进行补充研究。在不同面积比和不同混合室长径比下对喷嘴中置入旋喷嘴的实验相比较。对一种一维流动分析公式进行了修改,并由实验数据回归整理出损失系数经验公式。本文工作可供实际应用参考。
In view of some differences between researches on the liquid jet gas pump inside and outside the country, this paper gives an additional investigation with an experimental set of the small type. A series of tests is made for different area ratios and different mixing tube length to diameter ratios of the jet pump with helical strip, inserted in the nozzle. comparisons are made with the experimental data for the nozzle without insertion. A kind of former equation of one-dimensional flow analysis for the jet pump is revised. Empirical formula for determining the loss coefficient in the equation is obtained by the regression of experimental data. The results can be taken as useful reference in engineering practice.
