The Principles and Development of Radio Pager

无线寻呼技术的兴起与迅速发展,是专用集成电路(ASIC)技术在通信领域中的典型应用。包含了先进的计算机、通信与微电子技术。寻呼机因体积小、成本低、适合于流动人员且能够提供快速可靠的信息交往,所以在世界上得以迅速普及。中文寻呼机作为表意文字寻呼机,具有比数字机更强更有效的功能。在我国,寻呼机需求量很大,但目前只能依赖进口。所以寻呼机的研究与开发,能够缩短我国在通信方面与先进国家的差距。

Radio pager as the result of combination of advanced computer, communication and micro-electronics, has been used widely. The principle of radio pager and code format of radio pager and the difference between digital radio pager (DRP) and character radio pager (CRP) are introduced in this paper. Design method of micro-software about pager is presented as well. We improve the structure of radio pager, make the property/price higher. Our DRP and CRP are as good as any other same products now sold in the market.
