Spectral Response of Rugate Filter and the Selection of Its Parameters

利用分层沉积、固态扩散工艺制备了具有正弦函数折射率分布的Rugate滤光器.采用近似付里叶合成法给出了这种滤光器光谱特性的显式解,并用这个显式解讨论了结构参数对光谱特性的影响.

The rugate filter with sinusoidally varying index is fabricated by the method of the separatelayer deposition and solid diffusion. The explicit solution of its spectral response is discussed using the approximate synthesis of Fourier transform, and then the spectral characteristics depeneding on the constructional parameters of the filter are analysed.
