摘要
1 新算式的建立和推导 1.1 建立新算式被测圆柱正截面轮廓及坐标系见图1,测量基准中心为O,最小二乘圆圆心为C(a,b),半径为R,被测轮廓上各点P_i(x_i,y_i)至最小二乘圆圆周上的径向距离f_R_i为被测的圆度偏差。
According to the parametric representation of the least square circle, a new formula is presented in this paper. Through the verification, it shows that the new formula is correct and applicable. Compared with the original one, the new formula is much precise and reliable.
