摘要
本文提出了利用磨削火花温度信号在线识别砂轮磨损状态的新方法。在大量试验的基础上,根据磨削火花信号的特性及砂轮磨损过程的特点进行了机理探讨,获得了磨削火花信号特征量与砂轮磨损状态之间的对应关系。研究结果表明,所提方法是可行的,磨削火花信号的统计特征量能够反映砂轮磨削的不同状态。本文研究为进一步利用磨削火花信号实现砂轮磨损状态在线辨识提供了基础。
A new strategy of on line recognition for grinding wheel wear states utilizing grinding spark signal is proposed. Based on the large quantities of experiments. the mechanism of grinding spark signal and grinding wheel wear is studied, and the regularity of characteristits of grinding spark signal related to the griniding wheel wear state. is obtained. The research results show that some of sta tistical characteristics of gringing spark signal in grinding process can manifest the different states of grinding wheel wear, which will provide the basis. for on-line state identification for grinding wheel wear.
