复杂列表型面数控编程方法的研究

Reasearch on NC Programming Method of Complex Surface

本文提出了一种建立空间列表曲线的数学模型的方法——空间三次参数样条曲线法。介绍了该方法的基本原理,导出了空间三次参数样条曲线的数学模型的矢量表达式,并给出了软件实现的方法。在给定的加工误差下,根据误差控制法和等长分割法来分割列表曲线,形成程序段及数控加工指令,同时证明了此方法的可行性。

This paper proposes a method to build the mathematical model of special spline curve. The basic principle of the method is introduced and the vector representation formula of space spline curve model is derived. The software scheme is also developed in this paper. Application examples show that the method is available for NC programming in error control technique.
