本文讨论了用奇异摄动方法研究二维半导体方程数值解时所遇到的一类方程组的解的存在性。从而推广Ｐ．Ａ．Ｍａｒｋｏｗｉｃｈ和Ｃ．Ｒｉｎｇｈｏｆｅｒ的结果，为用奇异摄动方法研究半体方程数值解提供了重要的理论基础。

In this paper,we investigate a mixed IBVP arising in studying the numerical solution to the semiconductor equations.The existence of solution to the problem is proved.The results proposed by P.A.Markowich and C.Ringhofer are extended.
