契约精神是人类对自由、诚实交易的渴望而塑造的一种精神。法则 ,它反映了人类的社会本性与自然本性的统一。国企的改革从财产权利、债的关系以及财产结构的角度 ,都应当充实这种思想和精神 ,使其融入国企的骨子和血液里 ,使企业成为企业家的企业、成为市场经济的企业。

The spirit of contract is a kind of spiritual rule molded by man for their aspiration to freedom and honest contract, which reflects the combination of social and natural nature of human being. It is suggested that such a spirit should be adopted by the current reform carried out in state-owned enterprises.
