中小企业促进法实施中的法律与政策问题研究 被引量：8

摘要 《中华人民共和国中小企业促进法》历经三年的研磨、锻造，按国家立法规划于今年6月29日由全国人大常委会讨论通过，并规定于2003年1月1日正式实施。这部法律颁布实施的意义在于以市场体制为取向的我国市场主体法律体系进一步完善；借鉴国外发达国家促进经济发展的某些成功经验．在加入世贸组织及我国中小企业的发展初具规模的大背景下，为保持我国经济的平稳、健康和良性运行，对中小企业从战略角度给予的国家支持将走向系统化、规范化和规模化。
