Firstly, the properties of fuzzy consistent matrix is introduced and the concept of its composition operation on finite university of discourse is brought forward. Secondly, combining fuzzy consistent matrix and decision making theory, a new kind of fuzzy analytical method of the multi-attribute decision making with time series is proposed. Finally, the method is applied to a living example, the results show that the method is scientific and rational.
