摘要 介绍了新研制的带油气减振装置的水压直动式溢流阀结构特点 ,建立了对该阀的动态性能进行仿真分析的数学模型。实验验证了本文所建数学模型的正确性和模型阀所具有的合适的动态性能 ,同时也验证了油气减振装置对提高该阀的工作稳定性和减小压力波动有明显的效果。 A new-type direct-acting water hydraulic relief valve with oil-gas vibration attenuating device was proposed. A theoretical model had been analyzed and based on it the dynamic performance of this valve had been simulated. The validity of theoretical dynamic model and the specified technical performances of the valve are certified by experiments. The results of experiments showed that by configuring oil-gas spring the dynamic performance and working stability of the valve are enhanced.
