摘要
该文简要分析了峰值电流控制模式中斜坡补偿的基本原理和设计问题,对基本的充放电振荡器电路进行了改进和优化设计,设计了适用于恒频峰值电流模式BOOSTDC DC变换器斜坡补偿电路中的CMOS定时斜升波发生器电路.
This paper presents a function of slope compensation in the peak current control and a circuit to implement the function. A CMOS timing ramp-wave generator based on a conventional charge and discharge oscillator is designed and optimized to offer the ramp for slope compensation in a fixed frequency peak current control BOOST DC-DC converter.
