摘要
该文将单流道泵叶轮和涡壳作为一个整体,利用势流理论计算了单流道泵内部流动,对流场进行初步分析,得到了叶轮转至不同角度时水对叶轮的径向力以及水功率.同时,作者还利用湍流模型对单流道泵内三维湍流流动进行了数值模拟,并通过两种方法的结果比较和与实验对比以及对应用前景分析等验证了研究方法的实用性.
The internal flow in single vane pump is simulated and analyzed with the potential flow (theory) while the volute chamber and impeller is considered as an entirety. Radial force and water (power) are obtained with the impeller at different positions. 3-D turbulent flow in single-channel pump is (simulated) with the modified k-ε turbulent model. The practicability of these two methods is proved based on comparison between results of the two methods and on experiments.
