摘要
研究中国经济转型问题 ,有必要对市场机制和政府规制作深入详细的比较研究。本文回顾了市场机制和政府规制理论产生的历史背景 ,揭示了“看不见的手”在自由竞争时期的作用和在发达市场经济时期作用的局限性 ,探讨了用政府规制来弥补市场机制的缺陷 ,以及政府规制发挥作用的适当范围和程度。
Analysis on Chinese economic transition, we research on the relationship between market systemand government regulation comparatively. After studying history background of market system and government regulation , the paper reveals affect of “unvisible hand” in free competition economy and it's limitations indeveloped market economy. We discuss to remedy the defect of market system by government regulation, andthe field of government regulation in China's transition economy.
