摘要 尼龙酸在固体酸催化下,与丁醇直接酯化、减压蒸馏制得合格的尼龙酸二丁酯。研究催化剂用量、原料水分和配比、反应温度和时间及蒸馏压力等因素对其制备产品的影响。其最佳工艺条件为:①酯化反应:催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.0%~1.5%,n(丁醇)∶n(尼龙酸)=2.2∶1.0,在搅拌下,反应温度控制在145~155℃,反应时间9~10h;②减压蒸馏:蒸馏压力≤5.0kPa。 Synthesis of dibutyrate nylon acids from nylon acids and butanol by the reaction of direct esterification and distillation under reduced pressure,using solid acid as catalyst. Factors such as the amount of catalyst, moisture of feed and mixture ratio, reaction temperature and time, the distilling pressure were studied in a production equipment of dibutylester of nylon acids. The optimal technological conditions are as follows:① for esterification, amount of catalyst is 1.0%~1.5% of the total mass of reactants, n(C_4H_9OH)∶n(HOOC(CH_2)_nCOOH)=2.2∶1.0, and the reaction is carried out at 145~155 ℃ for 9~10 h with agitation. ②the ester is distilled under reduced pressure≤5.0 kPa.
