摘要 报道了对硝基苯乙酸的四种还原方法,酸性介质中铁粉还原,碱性介质中铁粉还原,Pd/C催化转移氢化及镍催化加氢还原。收率分别为85.3%,92.9%,86.0%和82.9%,产品纯度均达98%以上。对四种方法从原料成本,产品质量,工艺难易程度,环境保护等方面进行了比较。提出了实现工业化生产的初步看法。 This paper reports four reduction methods of p-nitrophenylacetic acid which are the reduction using iron powder in acid or alkaline medium, hydrogen transfer reduction using Pd/C as catalyst and catalysis hydrogenation using raney Ni. The yield of these reactions is 85.3% , 92.9% , 86.0% and 82.9% respectively. The product purity is all over 98% . We provide a tentative idea for realizing industrial production of this product from the comparison of raw material cost, product quality, simple work up, protect the environment against pollution and so on in the four methods.
