硷性成纤维细胞生长因子在义眼座植入中的应用

Use of bFGF in hydroxyapatite orbital implantation

目的 观察硷性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对羟基磷灰石 (HA)植入物作用及效果。方法 羟基磷灰石义眼座植入前用 12 0 0 0AU/ 5mLbFGF滴眼液浸泡 3 0min ,使HA微孔充满滴眼液 ,术后结膜内滴眼每日 4次 ,连用 15日。结果 本组 118例中 ,10 2例Ⅰ期愈合 ,16例前部球结膜及眼球筋膜愈合不良 ,其中 9例于 15～ 40日内自行愈合 ,3例更换义眼座后愈合。结论 bFGF滴眼液对HA义眼座植入后早期的纤维血管化具有促进作用 ,预防HA植入物暴露的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in hydroxyapatite(HA) orbital implantation. Methods 118 cases were included in this study. Before implantation, the HA orbit implant was immersed in bFGF eye drops (12000AU/5mL) for 30 minutes, and eye drops was used 4 times per day after operation. Results 102 cased healed by frst intention, 9 cases healed by delayed intention and 3 healed after changed orbit implants. Conelusion bFGF eye drops can improve fibro neovascularization after HA orbital implantation and prevent HA exposure.
