摘要 文章从参考咨询服务的内容、层次等方面人手,分析了现代信息技术给参考咨询服务的内涵和功能带来的变化,以及现阶段高校图书馆参考咨询工作的现状;提出了现阶段高校图书馆参考咨询服务工作要重点抓好网络信息导航和参考馆员的素质提高两个方面。 This paper, starting from the content and administrative levels of the reference service in academic libraries, analyzes the changes of the connotation and of the function of the service brought about by modem information technology and the current status of this service. Based on this analysis, it points out that, at present, academic libraries should focus on the work of network information guidance and on raising the librarians' quality.
