Establishment of competitive distribution mechanism is a very important way to carry out effectively development strategy. Based on its own characteristic, some exploration has been actively made in aspect of distribution mechanism by Heilongjiang electric power No.3 construction company. The distribution mechanism stimulates the initiative of the employee and the production efficiency has been greatly improved.
