摘要
对振动时效(VSR)处理过程进行应变监测,提出工件在VSR处理前、后残余应力的测试方法和计算公式,并对一焊接钢结构VSR处理的效果进行了评定.
The strain-gage method for measuring strain during the vibration stress relief (VSR) process and the formulation of calculating the residual stress are proposed in this paper. The effectiveness of a welding component after VSR process is evaluated.
